Our Family Owned Business
Family owned and operated, Munchies Smokehouse BBQ is a brand new food truck cooking up fusion BBQ the way customers want it. Currently operating in Orlando, Florida, Munchies has infused traditional BBQ with modern flavors.
Started at the end of 2020, Munchies Smokehouse BBQ success has not been without many obstacles. The Munchies trailer was purchased in Pennsylvania, before it was rebuilt into the bright orange wagon customers have come to love.
Brandon, as many know by his stage name Buffet Jackson, is accompanied by Las Vegas native Chaut'ez. This dynamic duo are masterminds behind the BBQ and secret sauces that make Munchies so creative. Buffet Jackson’s interest in BBQ peaked when he visited a well known BBQ joint located in Texas.
"I totally forgot about anything barbecue, when I moved to Las Vegas. Then, I started going out on the road and went to a barbecue place in Texas, “Soul’s Man Bar-b-cue” and stood in the line and I thought it was fantastic. It started a whole spark [that] I need to learn how to smoke meat. After that moment, Munchies Smokehouse BBQ was born."
The Munchies Way - Our Philosophy
At Munchies Smokehouse BBQ we believe tradition in BBQ is one of the worst things about BBQ. Our menu is the most creative BBQ you will find from Las Vegas, all the way to Orlando, Florida.
We use sauces and spices that break away from the tradition to add a distinctive, savory meal. We sell all kinds of meats, such as chicken, pulled pork brisket and seafoods including shrimp, crawfish, and lobster tails.
Customers love our 420 munchie meals! One of their favorites is the “Hot Link & Baked Bean Bowls,” which is a plate of peach bourbon baked beans on top of some sausages.
